¡Bienvenidos estudiantes!
Ojalá que estén gozando de las vacaciones de verano. Para que Uds. estén muy bien preparados y tengan éxito en su clase avanzada de español yo les ofrezco esta oportunidad de repasar lo que han aprendido y prepararse para asistir a una clase de honores.
Welcome future Spanish III Honors students!
An honors course is challenging and rigorous so I have provided you with a review section for verbs and a section for vocabulary.

Under USEFUL LINKS are the websites you are to use.
#1 is called MI VIDA LOCA which is an interactive video drama and Spanish course produced by the BBC.
Mi Vida Loca takes you on an intrigue mystery adventure to Madrid and beyond in 22 episodes, 10 min each, covering basic learning points for Spanish absolute beginners. SO THIS IS A FUN REVIEW FOR YOU OF ALL THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY LEARNED!!
A learning section complements each episode. Go through the vocabulary and grammar in more detail and at your own pace, then complete activities for practice.
Keep a log to show your teacher the dates, the episodes watched and how much time you spent. Also make a note of what you have learned (vocabulary, grammar structures or cultural information) . Your teacher will collect your logs the first day of class to give you credit. When school starts this fall you will have the opportunity to show what you have learned!

The rest of the USEFUL LINKS provide lots of practice for conjugating verbs in Spanish. ¡Conjuguemos! is an excellent verb website. You are to concentrate on the verbs in the INDICATIVE mood. Start with the present tense, then continue to the preterite tense, imperfect, future and conditional tenses. The rest of the USEFUL LINKS provide more practice for all verbs both regular and irregular as well as grammar structures.
Concentrate
MAINLY on the present and preterite tenses so that you know them very, very well when we start the new school year.
