When searching for people, it is best to use last name first. AND, probably the #1 thing to remember.... Just because it's on the internet, that doesn't mean it's true! When possible, you should try to corroborate the information with a print source (book, magazine, encyclopedia)that has been more thoroughly checked for accuracy. In addition, database websites (see the Biography Resource Center below)are more reliable. You should always write down the web address so you can check for accuracy, and include it in your bibliography.
