WELCOME TO LATIN 4: LOVE AND HATE IN LATIN POETRY
Because this course is held concurrently with 4AP, both classes will share SOME of the units (See schedule below: 1st and 4th Quarter.) However, Latin 4 students will have their own expectations, objectives and grading procedures, since you are not preparing for the AP test.

1st Quarter:  Vergil, Aeneid, bk 1-2 selections: Landing in Carthage, Fall of Troy
2nd Quarter:  Catullus: selected poems (#) --- 4AP will be reading Caesar---
3rd  Quarter: Ovid: selected myths   --- 4AP will be reading Caesar---
4th Quarter: Vergil, Aeneid: bk. 4,6 selections
