Today we will introduce Chapter 7, Lesson 2 by reading and discussing pages 293-299 in the textbook. After reading these pages, the students will be assigned page 71 in the Science Notebook workbook.

Today we view the Glencoe slideshow for Chapter 7, Lesson 2. Some of the slides contain video segments from Unitedstreaming. However, these files are too large to download to our web page.

Wednesday, April 21
Today we will assign pages 88-92 in the Reading Essentials workbook. The students will need to write the paragraph heading for each section and write a one sentence summary. There are 15 headings in this section. If time permits, they are to complete pages 72-74 in our Science Notebook workbook.

We will be correcting pages 71-73 in the Science Notebook workbook. The Reading Essentials heading summaries and their Science notebook workbook will be collected and entered in the grade book.
