Today we will conclude our final presentation of the BBC documentary "Walking with Dinosaurs."

Today we will test the water rockets. Any student that has a 2-liter bottle (Finished or not.) may test the amount of water necessary for a successful launch. Of course, anyone with a completed rocket may test theirs as well.

Today we will begin Chapter 9 with Lesson 1 "The Musculoskeletal System." The students will complete the "Target Your Reading" found on page 359 of their textbook. Next the students will complete the KW chart on page 87 of their Science Notebook Workbook. After that each student will be assigned to peruse pages 360-367 of their textbook and record 10 concepts that are covered in Chapter 9, Lesson 1. After the class shares the concepts they think are in the chapter, they will be asked to read pages 360-367 in their science textbook.
