Monday, March 1
Today we will correcting pages 53-56 in our science notebook. There will be a test on Chapter 6, Lesson 1 this Wednesday. The students will be tested on the following vocabulary terms; decomposition, mold, fossil, paleontologist, fossil record, and permineralization. The students will be expected to understand the different ways once living organisms can become fossilized.

Chapter 6 Lesson 1 Test. After the test we are assigning pages 73-75 in the Reading Essentials Science Workbook. The students need to read and highlight the main ideas. They will need to outline the main ideas. Outlines are due Friday, March 5. Download the pages below if you are absent or forgot your Reading Essentials at home.

Thursday, March 4
We will begin Chapter 6, Lesson 2 "Biological Evidence" by reading pages 252-256 in the science textbook. We are also assigning pages 57-59 in the Science Notebook. These assigned pages in the Science Notebook are due Monday, March 8. If you are absent or need to read those pages or get the pages for your Science Notebook, you may view them below.
