Assembly Overview
This guide will walk you through the assembly of the Stella Rollator handle and height adjustment mechanism as shown in the technical diagrams and assembly video.
Tip: Ensure you have all small hardware (bolts, nuts, and the gray locking block) ready before starting.
1 Identify Your Parts
- Handle Frame Tube & Curved Plate
- Brake Lever (Gray Handle)
- Main Handle Grip (Black)
- Plastic Housing Shells
- Locking Block, Lever, Bolt & Nut
2 Handle Frame Connection
Align the curved handle plate with the vertical support tube.
Snap the interlocking tabs together. You should hear a clear "click" as the components seat into place, ensuring the screw holes are aligned perfectly.
3 Brake Lever Installation
Insert the gray brake lever into the main plastic housing.
Important:
Ensure the brake cable is seated in the internal channel before closing the assembly. The lever should pivot freely when correctly installed.
4 Final Grip Attachment
Slide the ergonomic black grip over the assembled metal handle frame. Push firmly until the grip covers the internal assembly completely.
5 Inserting into Main Frame
Guide the finished handle assembly into the red vertical tube of the Stella frame.
Slide the assembly down. The black housing at the base of the handle should fit snugly into the top of the red frame tube.
6 Height Adjustment Mechanism
This step requires the small gray rectangular block, the latch lever, and the long bolt.
Step A: Insert the gray rectangular block into the rectangular slot on the side of the housing.
Step B: Position the adjustment lever over the slot.
Step C: Thread the long bolt through the lever, housing, and block.
Step D: Secure with the small hex nut on the opposite side.
