2. Noise Diagnostics

Noise coming from motors? (Drive chair or run motors for 15 minutes in one direction and then repeat in the opposite direction?) Noise in the seating? (Localize frame or actuator binding?)

3. Mechanical Baseline

Center of Gravity (CG): Seat pan NOT past front caster barrels Tires: Proper inflation checked (Rule out high current draw) Engagement Levers: Both motors fully engaged in "Drive" Physical Restraints: No binding, loose bolts, or shroud interference

4. Electrical Diagnostics

Total Voltage (Joystick)

Terminal Voltage (Indiv.)

Motor Resistance (0.5-1.5Ω)

Brake Resistance (45-65Ω) | SRG-04: 16.5-18Ω

Load Test: Voltage drop < 2V during normal driving | voltage drop > 2.5 is likely battery fault Cabling: Bus/Actuator cables checked for pinches or "yellow showing" (at connectors)

Note: If battery voltage is below 18V, the charger may not detect them to start a cycle.

5. Joystick & Programming Diagnostics
