CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE - August 11, 2011 - "Excursions"
64 DAYS UNTIL THE CHOLETAIS ARRIVE!
Hello Host Families (and potential host families)!
We have the details set on three of the four October excursions . All 25 French students and the three Cholet teachers will go on these trips. With the space available on the bus, you , as host families, get first dibs. If we still have room for others as of mid to late September, we will invite non-hosting students to enroll.
If you are interested in participating in any of the excursions, the details are on the page linked above. The permission slips are also linked. Please pay when you turn in your permission slip. This will be "first-come, first served". I will also keep a wait-list. Names will be kept in chronological order of payment.
If you are not planning to go an the escursions, it is still important for you to look at these pages so you and your families know what is happening.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Everyone going on the Niagara Falls trip MUST have a valid passport (book or card). A birth certificate is no longer sufficient.
