CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE - September 22, 2011 - "Address & Phone Number, s'il vous plaît"

Dear Host Families,
I am going to create two documents. The first is a list of all Cholet guests, Fairview hosts and home addresses. I will send this to the teachers in France so that they can distribute them to the families of the Cholet students. I'll also send one to all of you so that you have it for reference.
The second is a phone chain. This will be used primarily while we are returning from the excursions. The agendas you saw on the web page give estimated times of return. But sometimes we may fall behind schedule. I wouldn't want you to wait in the FHS parking lot longer than you have to. So please wait until we start the chain with a more precise time.
Please write back to me with your home address, home phone number, and cell phone numbers that should be used on the chain. Indicate which number should be called first. For example, if it's the FHS student who will drive to pick up the guest, indicate that this student's cell phone number shoud be called first.
