Farewell Dinner / Dîner des Adieux

This will be a tureen style dinner. Doors will be open at 5:30 pm. We will start serving dinner at 6:00. The food we'd like you to bring is based on the hosts families' last names.
Host family last name A-L, please bring a main dish and salad-type dish.
Host family last name M-Z, please bring a main dish and dessert-type dish.
Of course, if you have a specialty that is not what you are alphabetically requested to bring, feel free to bring that instead. I'm sure we won't end up with 25 desserts and no main courses (although, that might not be bad).
After dinner, there will be the traditional speeches and photo opps. There will also be an "Open Mike" where anyone who wants is invited to make their own mini farewell speech. We will end at around 8:00 pm.
Remember, the Choletais leave FHS at 2:30 the next morning and will have a full day in New York City. Please be sure to give them the opportunity to get some decent rest before their departure. Their NYC tours costs $135 per person. Somebody will be very upset if they sleep through it!
