Just a few miscellaneous items the departure day draws nearer and nearer.
Cell phone numbers I'd like to have all students' cell numbers in case I need to get in touch. Please send a text that includes your name to my number (814-392-4524) and be sure to enter my number in your contacts. [Because of Speech & Debate, I already have Mimi's and Amy's. You two can skip that.] Parents, it's not as urgent for you to do this (I do have a contact list), but if you wish to keep my number, you may.
Hotels I have the information for all of our hotels except one. You can see that here .
Parent Meeting Would you like to have one? If so, let me know. If you have questions you'd like answered, you can ask and I will reply to the entire group. But if you would actually prefer to meet face-to-face with me and with other parents, we'll see if we can arrange that. For some questions I have received, see the next item.
Reminders and Questions I have a list of last minute reminders as well as answers to a few questions from some of you. You can see that here .
Facebook pages I created a Facebook page for the June Exchange. Search for Cholet Exchange juin 2013. I will use it primarily for photos while we are on the trip. On past trips I have posted pictures so the families back home can see how the students were doing and what they were up to. If you would like to see the pictures, please request to join the group soon. On the 2011 trip there were many requests made while the trip was in progress. With limited internet access it wasn't always easy to grant the requests right away.
