CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE - September 26, 2013 - "Contact Info / Hosting Update"
15 DAYS UNTIL THE CHOLETAIS ARRIVE!
Dear Host Families,
Contact Info A I would like to have a list of all of your addresses and phone numbers to send to Cholet. As is the case when we travel to France, the families back home will be able to get an idea of where their kids are and how close they are to each other. And sometimes they like to write letters. If you wouldn't mind, please e-mail me the proper address.
Contact Info B I will start creating the phone chain for the exchange. Please send me the phone number(s) you prefer that I use. A copy will be sent to all host families. In the past we have always used a traditional phone chain. This year I will try something different. I would like to accommodate your preference: phone call or text. So when you give me your phone number, please indicate which you prefer. I will try to set it up so that all get what they want. I will text or call a few specific persons who will then be responsible for calling/texting others. (I can send a text to a maximum of 10 people, so I will simply start the relay.)
Hosting : Only two girls remain. Thanks to those of you who have just joined us in the past few days. As always, the latest can be seen here
Excursions: A reminder that Monday is the last day to sign up for the excursions.
