CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE - October 2, 2013 - "Contact Info / Hosting Update"
9 DAYS UNTIL THE CHOLETAIS ARRIVE!
Dear Host Families,
Just three quick things:
1. Mme Bellanger wrote yesterday to tell me that there has been a change in the time of their Newark to Buffalo flight on October 11. The flight will now leave Newark at 2:49 (originally was 2:30) and is scheduled to land at 4:22 (was 3:52). So our welcome reception in the FHS cafeteria will now start at approximately 6:30. Please arrive around 6:15. French Club members will report about 5:45 to get things set up. Keep in mind, there is a home football game that night. So (a) there will be a lot of cars in the parking lot; and (b) we will try to keep the reception brief for those of you who will be attending the game.
2. Many of you still need to send me the contact information I requested in the
September 26 update. Mme Bellanger would like to print and distribute copies of this to the Cholet families within the next few days, so please get that to me ASAP.
3. Every Cholet student now has a home!!! Thanks to those of you who have recently signed on and to those of you that helped find new hosts.
