Dear Travelers and Parents,
Today I'll just address one topic ...
Hotel Rooming As we are on the EF portion of the tour, our hotels will usually be triples and quads, sometimes doubles. In order to facilitate the rooming assignments while we are approaching a hotel, I need to know your preferences. At one of our upcoming student meetings (I promise they're starting soon!) I will give you some papers where you will indicate your possible roommates (same gender, of course!). In other words, who would be your preferred roommates in each of the above room styles? Between now and then, think and talk it over with each other. I will make up something that EF will use. Note: I can't make any guarantees, but know your preferences is helpful. We have also had times in the past where a Fairview student rooms with a student from a different group on our bus. (That includes me. I may end up rooming with a different teacher.) It's all a question of numbers. It may sound uncomfortable now, but it's better than you think.
In addition, EF has asked me for answers to the following questions. If you need to tell me anything, please do. Many of these won't apply to any of you, but I need to show you these questions just to be sure.
• Do you have adults in your group that would like to room together?
• Do you have couples in your group that would like a double bed instead of two twin beds?
• Do you have anyone in your group paying to upgrade to a single?
• Do you have any students paying to upgrade to a twin?
• Do you have any student and adult family members that would like to room together?
