CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE – May 16, 2015

Dear Parents and Travelers,
As you’ll recall, we have one last financial issue to take care of.
When we began our planning, I mentioned (1) transportation from Paris to Cholet and back (which we already taken care of), (2) possibly covering portions of admissions to excursions while in Cholet and (3) tips for our EF Tour Director, bus driver and the guides we will see on the tour.
The good news, our friends in Cholet will pay all the costs for our admissions to Puy de Fou, Fururoscope and Angers along with the transportation to those excursions.
That only leaves tips. After determining the total amount in tips and then subtracting $400 thanks to a contribution from the FHS French Club, the total I am asking from each of you is $50. That’s all! I promise not to ask for any more money!
You may pay in cash or by check payable to Robert Hall. If you can bring the money to be by this Wednesday, great! If not, please wait until after Memorial Day since I will not be in school this Thursday or Friday.
On another note, I was hoping to have a student meeting this week. That will not be possible. There is something scheduled for tutorial on Monday (Pep/Recognition assembly), Tuesday (Sophomores and Juniors each have meetings) and Wednesday (tornado drill). And, as I mentioned above, I will not be in school on Thursday or Friday. I will try to grab the first date after Memorial Day that we can. I'd like to tell you more about the places (besides Paris) that you will visit.
