34 jours!
Bonjour!
Hosting Situation Here is the latest:
The good news: We picked up two host families this week. Thanks to the DiStefano and Myers (Rosie and Amy) families for taking Fanny and Charline.
Today is the day I was going to say, “If you offered to take a second student, let me know which one you want”. However I’m going to delay that a little bit longer. In the past three days, four new families have expressed an interest. I don’t want to rush them, but I will politely encourage them to decide as soon as possible so we can get everything set.
Pumpkin Carving at the Yahn’s House Mrs. Yahn has offered to host a Pumpkin Carving Party during the exchange. Here is what she had to say:
We are planning on having a pumpkin carving party on the 17th for the French students and families (all are welcome). We did it last time and it seemed to go over well. Everyone brings their own pumpkin and any carving tools you like. I'll supply dinner and a bonfire. I will confirm as we get closer to that weekend, but pencil it into your calendars.
Thank you Mrs. Yahn. I have added this to the calendar you can see on the Quia page.
Merci!
Monsieur
