CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE – August 29, 2016

Dear Travelers, Potential Travelers and Parents,

I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer and is ready to start the new year!
I have two items for this update.
1. If you were one of the students who has not yet enrolled in our trip and you’re sure you will, you’ll want to do so soon. Likewise, if you have not yet made your decision, you will want to soon. In the not-too-distant future, EF Tours will begin the process of booking. Even though we may not get the information (flights, hotels, etc.) for a while, the company will start reserving blocks. The sooner we have an exact number of travelers, the easier this process will be.
If you are now a “definite yes”, please go here to enroll. If you are now a “definite no”, let me know and I will not send you any more updates. If you are still a “definite maybe”, let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you. If any of you are interested in an additional parent meeting (or just a one on one meeting with me), please e-mail me.
2. On September 12, the French Club will kick off its annual Cookie Dough Fund Raiser. For most sellers, the profits go to the French Club. However, this is also a fund raiser for students on our trip. You get to keep 100% of the profits from your individual sales and apply them to the cost of your trip. Please note, this only applies to students who have enrolled in the trip. We will not be able to retroactively give you your profit if you enroll after the sale.
On a related note, I do have plans for a second fund raiser later this school year. More details on that later.
