Permission Slip for Cleveland Excursion
Important note: Space is limited based on the availability of tickets to the Cavs game. We will start a waiting list for the Fairview students on this tour if necessary. The sooner you sign up, the better your chances of going.
Pack a lunch for today. You will either eat it at the Rock Hall (outside if the weather cooperates) or on the bus. You may also choose to pack a dinner or buy dinner at a restaurant.
7:30 Bus leaves FHS north parking lot for Cleveland
9:00 Tour of the Quicken Loans Arena, [home of the Cavs!] time to shop at Cavaliers team store
10:45-11:45 Travel to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Eat your packed lunch there.
12:00 – 4:00 Tour of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. This museum chronicles rock’n’roll and its stars through music, films, interactive displays and a live radio studio.
4:00 Return to Quicken Loans Arena. Free time to visit the neighborhood, eat (packed dinner or restaurant).
6:00 Reunite at Quicken Loans Arena to see the 7:00 game - Cavs vs. the Chicago Bulls
10:00 Leave Quicken Loans Arena (even if the game is still in progress)
11:30 Return to FHS
Cost [which is approximate - this is subject to change]: $39 for students, $45 for adults. Pay when you turn in your permission slip. Payment may be in cash or check payable to Fairview High School.
