Hello Host Families,
Just one item today; The Excursions
The excursions are 98% set, but that’s good enough to share the information with you.
Here are some important notes.
1. The Cleveland excursion is shaping up to be quite a new experience. You will see that in addition to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the students will also take a morning tour of the Quicken Loans Arena. Then they will return that evening to see the Cleveland Cavaliers play the Chicago Bulls. Space on this trip will be limited since the tickets need to be purchased in advance. We do not yet know the exact number we can take. So you may be waitlisted without knowing right away. The posted price is an estimate and may change. I will keep you informed.
2. If you are interested in going to Niagara Falls with us, you must have a passport!!!
3. Students who are hosting get first dibs on these excursions, starting NOW. If there is any space available on any of the trips after Friday, September 8, I will announce to the entire school that all students are invited to help fill those remaining places.
To claim your space, turn in your check/cash along with a signed permission slip (which can be found on the website for each excursion) to me as soon as you can.
