Dear Travelers and Families,
I now have all of the information I need to determine the final amount for tips and for the bus rides from Paris to Cholet (June 17) and Cholet to Paris (June 27). That amount is $192.04. That’s $114.81 for the bus and $77.23 for the tips. That is the amount that most of you will pay. Due to fund raising profits, many of you will owe less. And three of you did so well fund raising that you owe nothing. In fact, I will owe you a refund. I will send individual messages to each traveler/parent to let you know your exact amount. Please make all checks payable to Robert Hall. I’d love to have those before the last day of school. (If you want to bring it to the meeting tonight or Monday, I’ll take it!)
Here is how I will do what I do. I will use my personal credit card to pay for the bus (approximately $3100) as soon as I have collected enough from you to reimburse myself. The money for tips will go into a separate account that I will access with a AAA debit card that I will use strictly for tips.
