CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE – August 11, 2020

Dear Travelers, Potential Travelers and Parents,
There hasn’t really been a lot to report over the past few months. But I’ll highlight three items today.
1. We’re still on! COVID-19 has changed a lot. But so far, our trip is not one of those things. It’s hard to say what the situation will be next spring. So for now we will keep on planning as though we will follow our original plans. Some of you may be aware the Mrs. Froehlich and some of her students had a trip to Spain scheduled for June 2020. Just like our trip, the Spanish trip is being planned by EF Tours. Their trip is still on, but delayed by one year. If by next spring the outlook isn’t good, we will adapt. We would most likely delay our plans and aim for 2022. Hopefully that won’t be necessary! We’ll have to wait on that.
2. Who has enrolled? So far we are a group of thirteen. Mrs. Hitt and I will be your chaperones. There are eleven students: Tanner Becker, Brenna Cronin, Emma Foht, Nathan George, Noah Lyons, Chloe McManus (our newest addition!), Delaney Schwab, Grayson Siegler, Lauren Stephens, Garrett Thayer and Alexa Tofel.
3. It’s not too late to sign up This update is going out to the students who have registered (and their parents) and to the students who have expressed an interest but never officially dropped out (and their parents). If you are still thinking of enrolling, you still can. And if you know of anyone else who is or may be interested, please share this with them and let me know. You can go to our home page
