CHOLET EXCHANGE UPDATE – March 5, 2021

Dear Travelers and Parents,
The Fairview School District calendar for 2021-2022 has been approved. The final day for students is Thursday, June 8. There is an in-service day June 9. I do not know the exact date of graduation, but I’m sure it will be no later than June 9.
Our requested date of departure was originally Monday, June 13, 2022. EF Tours (like most group travel companies) could move our date forward four days or backward four days. To eliminate any risk of a conflict with graduation, I have changed our requested date of departure to Thursday, June 16, 2022 . There were also two other reasons I chose this date; (a) to guarantee one full weekend in Cholet, which is possible with any scenario; (b) to be in Cholet for the Fête de la Musique on June 21.

if we leave Fairview on our requested date of June 16, we leave Cholet for Paris on June 26, and leave Paris for home on July 3.
if we leave Fairview on our earliest possible date of June 12, we leave Cholet for Paris on June 22, and leave Paris for home on June 29.
if we leave Fairview on our latest possible date of June 20, we leave Cholet for Paris on June 30, and leave Paris for home on July 7.
