PHILIPPIANS REVIEW Remember that Philippians is the joy book. Paul didn't introduce any new doctrine or rebuke the Philippians for wrongdoings. In fact, he thanked them for their love for him and for their gifts. Paul accepted and acknowledged gifts only from the church at Philippi.
