This site was created as a demonstration/instructional tool for teachers or students learning the basics of searching the web. It is part two of a lesson on searching the Internet.

About.com is a "guided" site that provides the user with pre-selected sites relating to various topics.
4Anything is very similar to About.com.
Ask Jeeves is an example of a search engine that doesn't require any knowledge of search terms or boolean logic.
This is web site I created for students to give them some basic search strategies. Please use it with your students.
