The SHHS Veterans Day program is an annual event at Science Hill and the JROTC is proud to be the host. This event is open to the public and we encourage all veterans and their families to attend.
This year our annual Veterans Day program was hosted by our battalion commander Jessica Kedzierski. Major Larry Taylor was our guest speaker and we would like to thank him for his time and his service. Cadets Lisa Carter, Brittany Adams and Adam McElroy each had speaking parts during the program and Jonathon Grych played Taps for us. We would like to thank all of our cadets for their part in our Veterans Day Program and we would also like to thank our Parent Support Association for the wreath they presented to us that was placed on a veterans grave at the VA Mountain Home Cemetery.
