Smart & Final Tuition Reimbursement Program

Both undergraduate and graduate level courses will be eligible for reimbursement.

The company will provide reimbursement for up to eighty percent (80%) of tuition and one hundred percent (100%) of required books and lab fees. There is an annual limit of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per full time associate and five hundred dollars ($500) per part time key carrier. The “reimbursement year” is September through August. In addition to being job related, courses must be sponsored by a junior college, college, university, or other approved educational center. Associates must earn a grade of “C” or better, or a “Pass” in a “Pass/Fail” environment to be eligible for reimbursement. “Incompletes” will not be eligible for reimbursement.
