This is the assignment page. This shows all the work that has been assigned this 9 weeks. These can be taken on your home laptop or desktop computer, even on your smartphone.

Parents and students, click here and log in to see your grades for the quizzes you have already taken. Your username is lastfirst5250, like bieberjustin5250. No dots, no spaces. Everyone has "5250" - it means "Strickland's class." Your password is your lunch number. Click on the long blue link up top under my name to get back to this page.

The "Current Score" shown on the previous page is NEVER accurate. To get your grade in the class, you must average all of the grades on the other page, plus the Zeros from missing assignments, plus your grades on worksheets/classwork. Count how many "QUIZ"s are below. You should have that many grades on the other page.

Students often see a handful of A's, lets say 8 or them. They think they are doing well. BUT the yellow page shows 11 quizzes assigned, meaning they have 3 ZEROs. PARENTS: Students are required to retake an assignment until they get an 90 or better. All of the assignments on here can be done again or done late. Full credit will be given. Only the best score for each quiz will count. Most of the assignments are multiple choice.

Most questions contain the page number(s) in the texts where the answer can be found. Sorry, but the texts must stay in the classroom. Photocopies for some chapters are available.
