1. Strictly no screenshot. No online posting in part or full
2. We intentionally add a four-digit prefix to your last name. The combination of the prefix and your last name serves as your student number. Do not edit, change, or remove to avoid deactivation of your access.
3. Your access is not transferable
4. Your access is not shareable
5. Your access will expire if left inactive for an extended period or after two years from your registration date.
6. Changing the registered Gmail is not permissible. 
7. Misconduct, disinformation, arrogance, unruly behavior, etc. (any form, level, or degree)
8. Remember your password because we CAN'T reset it. Once it is lost, you can never regain access.
