Student Athlete Leadership Program Information

The information below is what every varsity coach receives in September.  It is not possible for me to nominate every deserving student/athlete on my teams.  If you feel that you have what it takes to be a student athlete leader, you must answer my questions to help me to nominate the most deserving athletes from my teams.  Please be aware that you must have the time to participate for the entire year.  Please read the Guidelines again before continuing.  Unfortunately all deserving student/athletes may not be nominated due to enrollment limitations.

1.  List all activities that you are involved with.

2.  Why should I nominate you to be a student athlete leader?
This question is to help me to distinguish you from your teammates in order to decide who would be the best candidate.

3.  Write an essay on why you should be a member of the student athlete leadership program.
This is usually the essay question that is part of the application if you are nominated.
