Advanced Directives

The objective of this presentation is to teach care givers and ancillary personnel how to answer questions about what an advance directive is;what the Kentucky law is regarding advanced directives ;who can initiate an advanced directive and witness it; when an advance directive goes in to effect. It further familarizes assistive personnel with the form to be used;how it is to be filled out; who is responsible for the form and recommendations for safe keeping.
