Skills Demonstration Part 1 - Equipment Training Checkov - All Options

Each student should be able to provide evidence of competence related to the identification, set-up, use, break-down, and cleaning of all equipment used throughout the building by either demonstrating said competence or evaluating the demonstration of competence. If the demonstrating student requires direction from the evaluating student in order to accomplish the task, do not mark them competent. At the end of the Check-Off, have them return to that piece of equipment and demonstrate it to the evaluating student again without assistance. Then mark the demonstrating student as competent. If neither the demonstrating nor evaluating student fully understands the piece of equipment, ask for assistance from an instructor, and again return to the equipment in question at the end of the check-off, have the demonstrating student show competence, and then mark them as such. This excercise should take about 2.5 hours.
