Present Progressive, pg. 39
The present progressive is formed with this formula: estar + -iendo/-ando. Given the subject and the verb, write the present progressive conjugation. Note: I have given the meaning of the verb in parentheses, though this will not be the case on the quiz/test. YOU DO NOT NEED TO INCLUDE THE SUBJECT PRONOUN OR NOUN in your conjugation, though your answer will not be counted wrong if you do. However, IF you include the subject, write it at the BEGINNING of the sentence. EX: Given: María, mirar (to watch) Answer: está mirando, OR María está mirando Please pay attention to spelling and accents. Punctuation and capitalization WILL NOT affect your score.
