As a West Side Leadership Academy student, you are REQUIRED to follow our Rules of Student Conduct.

Please read each of the following rules very carefully. Then type YES in the blank after each rule to indicate that you PROMISE to do your best to follow all of these rules. Please respond to every rule. Do not leave any unanswered blanks .
