FOR ALL NUMERICAL PROBLEMS, YOU MUST show the FORMULA used, the CALCULATIONS/WORKING OUT STEPS and the ANSWER with a UNIT if appropriate.
As an example, you might write n1sinӨ1 = n2sin Ө2 then 1.00 x sin 40 = n2 x sin 30, then n2 = sin 40/sin 30 = 1.29
OR n1sinӨ1 = n2sin Ө2, 1.00 x sin i = 1.5 sin 20, sin i = 1.5sin 20/1.00 = 0.51, i = Sin-1(0.51) = 30.9 ~31 degrees.
