H. Ground Rush & Bypass 3/29/18
Each order should be on an 09 block, as it will be for the first 60 days you take calls, and can be removed in VA02 after the rush has been checked.
Based on the scenario, either set the order up as a Bypass or a Ground rush(using the determining Bypass vs Ground Rush Compass page).
You will do the rush steps in VA02 of the order you placed. Use the step by step instructions in Compass to help you set up the order and to help you decide which rush you are going to do.
Be sure to add your name to the end of the PO Number.
If you receive any pop ups or blocks, check Compass for directions.
Please text at Header Level/Text Tab/Internal Order History that you have called SYS 91 to have your Rush checked and that you called the collector, if need be, to have the credit block released.
