“Thank you for the wonderful new shirt that I received at the party. Your kindness is worth a million.” wrote Thora. Thora learned good protocol from her mother and her father. She was always reminded to say thank you and to think three times before making serious decisions. "Do the arithmetic", her mother would say, "The more you give think, the more you will learn."

For her party, Thora received thirty-three gifts including a bathing suit, athletic shoes, and $1000 gift certificate from the Athletic Academy (her favorite sports shop). "This should provide what I need for the trip to the US Tennis Tour", thought Thora, "I can’t wait to get there."
