Italian Placement Exam

This exam must be taken without outside aids of any sort so that it will be an accurate reflection of your skills in Italian. You can take this test only once.

You are given 120 minutes. The average time to complete this exam is 90 MINUTES. Exams taken in less than 20 minutes will be considered invalid. You can take this test only once. Do not start it until you can set aside at least 90 minutes for it.

This exam has four parts:
I. Section 1: Vocabulary and Italian Functional Knowledge (44 questions)
II. Section 2: Grammar (84 questions)
III. Section 3: Listening Comprehension (24 questions)
IV. Section 4: Reading Comprehension (18 questions)

After you submit the exam and click on 'Done,' print out the page showing your name and score!
