Structured & Situational Questions
Structured interview questions are job-related. They’re friendlier to equal opportunity since all candidates face the same questions in the same order. Structured interviews also allow for greater objectivity. Situational Questions are used to probe candidate's skills in the following areas: • People skills (especially handling difficult co-workers, clients, or customers) • Organizing workflow (especially when under a deadline and/or having to juggle competing priorities) • Communication and persuasion • Problem solving Please take care so that you are able to complete all of the questions within the given time limit.
