Presente contínuo ou Passado Contínuo + Passado Perfeito ou Imperfeito
Phrases can be continuous in the past (verb-verb) do the continuous, when there is only (verb) decide what tense is supposed to be there; To make the continuous past just conjugate estar in the past (perfect or Imperfect) and the second verb in the gerund (-ing verb) to give the phrase the right sense asked by the phrase. The Present continuous is made with estar in the present tense.
