JFK Assassination: The Prosecution's Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald

BACKGROUND:
In class, we created a "what if" scenario where Lee Harvey Oswald was put on trial and you are the Prosecuting Attorney in the case. We viewed, "The JFK Assassination: Beyond Conspiracy" and you were asked to take notes and build a case to prove that Oswald was the lone assassin based on the facts presented to you in that resource.

Today, you are presenting your case to Mr. Haussler who is serving as the jury in this "what if" trial.

PRESENTING YOUR CASE:
State factual evidence that you have acquired and present it in a convincing manner to make me, Mr. Haussler (the jury), believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman that killed President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas.
