PE: Shoulder: Tender anteriorly to palpation. Discomfort with internal range of motion and rotation. Hawkins and Neer testing positive. He cannot lift it much past 30 degrees. Passive range of motion causes discomfort.
PMH: No personal hx of cancer or prior significant surgery.
TX: Tylenol, NSAIDs, hydrocodone-acetaminophen since FOV.
Prior Imaging: 11/27/15 x-ray L shoulder - Normal.
