C/O of Left knee pain which affects ADLs.
PE: significant for mild varus deformity, mild effusion, ROM 0-100 degrees, and crepitus with antalgic gait .
X-rays demonstrate advanced medial compartment osteoarthritis with subchondral sclerosis, osteophytes and medial joint space narrowing.
Treatment to date has included > 3 months of Tylenol, cortisone injection, viscosupplementation, and home exercises.
