59yof- Left Total Knee Arthroplasty (27447)
CIGNA SI-PPO/OAP
C/O left knee pain of unknown duration, which affects her routine ADLs and requires her to use a cane.
She has tried conservative treatment to include exercises and NSAIDS of unknown duration. She has no signs or history of infection and is otherwise healthy.
PE: indicates range of motion is 10-80 degrees with antalgic gait, crepitance is present with passive range of motion. The knee is stable to ligament testing, varus deformity noted of 10 degrees.
Xrays show bone to bone contact for the medial compartment left knee with condylar deformity and joint space narrowing with osteophytes
