52yof- Right Total Knee Arthroplasty CPT (27447)

AETPA-PPO

C/O chronic knee pain and a history of multiple arthroscopies with ongoing problems with her right knee causing difficulty walking, sitting, and doing most activities.
Past treatments have included NSAIDs and therapeutic injections, but she is unable to tolerate exercise due to severe pain.
PE: BMI of 37.4, valgus right knee deformity, pseudo-laxity with varus stress, crepitus with ROM testing, valgus thrust in gait and ROM from 10-130 degrees.
X-rays show severe, end-stage, bone-on-bone primary osteoarthritis of the lateral compartment and valgus deformity
