I can write briefly about most familiar topics and present information using a series of simple sentences.
I can describe the physical appearance and personality of a friend or family member.
Your favorite aunt (grandma, cousin, sibling) is having a birthday and they have said they don’t want anything. You and your family have decided that you will still give them a gift and that is a detailed and flattering description of them in several languages. You cousins are studying French, Chinese and Spanish so you have been asked to write about them in Japanese.
Lucky for you, you are studying Ch 10 which shows you how to indicate birth order, describe marital status and where they live, detail their abilities, personality and physical appearance and even describe them by what they do.
You have also learned to say what people like to do in their free time and when. Because you are really fond of them, you can also write about what you want to do with them and why.
Use your notes and perhaps the following structure to write a fairly detailed rough draft. Copy and paste this into the box and write three paragraphs.
