Recently, we updated our energy training document to meet the regulatory requirements in current and new markets alike. After watching our "Energy 101" video, and going over the information below, you will be prepared to sell Stream Energy Services.
All Associates must:
- Create an ID badge using the template in your Power Center and wear it on the outside of your clothing at all times when selling Stream Services.
- Agree to a criminal background check before selling Energy in any market.
- Read the disclosure document in your Power Center to all customers when you sign them up for Stream Services.
- Get an electronic signature from your customers or instruct them to make a third-party verification (TPV) call without you present.
