EXIT TICKET (Week of April 4-8, 2016)
Complete at the end of class each day answering all questions using complete sentences. Please number each question when answering the specific questions. Grades will be based upon using complete statements and addressing all parts of the questions.
Complete daily. If you are absent, you cannot complete a day. Upon returning to school, type in the date that you missed, "Absent."
Submit at the end of the week for a weekly grade.
