Citizenship Pre-Test 2018-2019 - (copy)

All American citizens enjoy the freedoms, protections, and legal rights which the Constitution promises. People born in the U.S. or born to U.S. citizens in foreign countries are automatically citizens of the United States. People born in other countries who want to become U.S. citizens must complete a lengthy application, interview and pass an English language and citizenship test. To prepare for the citizenship test, applicants study basic facts about U.S. history and government. During a citizenship interview, they must score a 60% to pass the test. The following questions are drawn from an actual citizenship examination.
