Note: Please use VA21 in the TEST client to place all quotes, your answer will be the quote number. Enter the items in the quote as the questions list. Do not forget APPROVAL TEXTING in your quotes. When you are asked to do a Quote in VA21, also do a Notebook entry in Test Notebook at medline360test.medline.com. Make sure that you are following your Quote Notebook entry steps. If Notebook is not working, please put all Notebook entries on one email and send to the trainers. The email should include anything that you would put in the Note Section of a Notebook entry.
